The Samoan word tautua means service. It reflects our commitment to serving our communities with responsibility, integrity and care.

Our first flagship initiative is Project ALOFA — Accessible Long-Term Oxygen for All — being developed to strengthen Samoa’s access to dependable locally produced medical oxygen.
We bring over 20 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries across Europe - fluent in English, Samoan, and German.

SMORI — the Samoa Medical Oxygen Resilience Initiative — is the formal programme description of Project ALOFA. It defines the project’s core purpose: strengthening Samoa’s medical oxygen resilience through reliable local production, quality-controlled cylinder filling, resilient infrastructure and long-term operational capability.
Medical oxygen is an essential healthcare resource. Reliable access is critical for hospitals, emergency care, surgery, respiratory treatment, disaster response and other essential medical services.
Project ALOFA is being developed to establish a reliable, sustainable and locally based medical oxygen production and cylinder-filling capability in Samoa, with infrastructure designed to expand as demand and healthcare requirements evolve.
